  • Brand new Outdoor arena 200x145 GGT FOOTING with lights
  • Indoor 100 x 90 freshly leveled with new sand and lights
  • 12 40x40 all weather sand turnouts that drain beautifully
  • 48 12 x 12 stalls with 12x16 paddocks fully matted
  • 15 acres of pastures that will be getting divided up into smaller more usable spaces for all the horses to go out in and enjoy
